Class Descriptions

 Gravity - Get a full body workout in half the time using the innovative gravity machines. Hurry, spaces are limited! (30 min.)

Step & Abs - By incorporating body bands, bars and balls, the traditional step class gets pumped up for a great ab workout! (60 min.)

Pilates - Build core strength, improve posture and develop long, lean muscles in this pilates mat class. (60 min.)

Kettlebell - Blast fat,improve strength and endurance and reduce stress all by swinging these popular weights! (30 min.) **pre-registration required

Muscle Pump - Pump it! Increase strength and muscle endurance using weights body bars and balls. (60 min.)

Spin - Get ready to put the pedal to the metal! Be prepared to sweat in this high-resistance cycling class. (60 min.)

Bootcamp - Push yourself to the limit under the supervision of our drill sergeant in this circuit class guaranteed to make you sweat. Not for the faint of heart! (60 min.)

Kickboxing - Get a great workout, stretch and learn some self-defense in this martial arts-inspired class. (60 min.)

Yoga -  Transform your muscles, increase flexibility and relax while focusing on your breath. (60 min.)

Zumba - Join the party! Get shakin' in this latin dance-inspired aerobics class. Bring a $1 donation towards the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a non-perishable food item for the Bradford Helping Hand food bank. It's great exercise for an even better cause! (60 min.)

Sissy Baby Yoga - Gentle stretching for those in need of a break! (60 min.)

20/20/20 - 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of muscle and 20 minutes of stretching (or whatever else the instructor prefers!) to get it all in a hurry. (60 min.)

GentleYoga - A peaceful restorative session to get your body back into alignment. (60 min.)

Advanced Yoga - Strengthen and increase balance with advanced asanas while focusing on the universal principles of alignment.

Yogalates - The perfect combination of stretch and core strength, integrating yoga and STOTT style pilates.

MMA Fitness - Train like the pros in this fun Mixed Martial Arts class.

Circuit - Get off the treadmill and onto the floor! A weight-training based circuit class for those who want the individual attention from a trainer in a fun group atmosphere.

Big Bad B's - Switch it up with bands, bars, bosus and balls!
