Mike Duhamel, CPT, CPGA Pro



I have been a member of the Canadian Professional Golfer's Association since 2000. During this time I've played and taught golf all over the world. I've also been exposed to some of the top golfers and fitness professionals in their respective industries. I believe health and fitness are an essential part of everyday life and the game of golf. Therefore, I have combined my two passions in order to make a truly unique and enjoyable experience for my clients. My students range from beginners to aspiring athletes.

Jasmine Hajdukiewicz CSEP - CPT

Having completed the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Niagara College, I am a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. I am also STOTT pilates trained in matwork, reformer and CCB and enjoy integrating my pilates background with my personal training. Along with nutrition counselling, lifestyle planning and motivation techniques, you'll be on your way to a longer, healthier life."

Jasmine is STOTT pilates trained in mat, reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels and ISP and a graduate of Niagara College. She works with clients of all fitness levels and abilities.

Robert Miranda, CSEP - CPT, NWS
