Marianna is a certified personal training specialist, health, fitness and wellness consultant and swimming coach. She was also a medalist at the 2005 and 2009 World Masters Games!

Dan Lawrence Hon. ICS Health & Fitness, Kickboxing Blackbelt
Dan has been a student and instructor of Martial Arts for over 25 years and received his blackbelt in Kickboxing in 1997. Dan has been making people sweat (and smile!) here at A-Maisine Bodies for the past 5 years, where he teaches kickboxing. Combined with his martial arts training, Dan's knowledge of health and fitness is limitless; he blends cardio, muscle strengthening and martial arts techniques for a truly unique personal training experience.
